PASCaP is a development organisation and an accredited training provider aimed at strengthening the capacities of high poverty profile communities to address socio-economic and spatial inequalities. The primary groups targeted for skills and resources development are women, youth and the unemployed.

Development partnerships are initiated and maintained with communities, schools, private institutions, government and non-profit organisations.
