Our main function is facilitating learning programmes in after school development in both rural and urban contexts. The focus group for these programmes are unemployed women, out-of-school youth and unemployed men. We also offer a range of programmes aimed at sustaining after school projects that have been initiated by communities such as Mentorship, Project Management, CBO Governance and the creation of Active Learning Resource Libraries.

Each learning programmes differs depending on the needs of the community that the course is adapted to. However, learning programmes may be as short as 3 days and as long as 1 year. Development projects such as Women and Youth Entrepreneurship may be ongoing.
