Training - After School Care
PASCAP Trust offers training that can be used to open an after school care center or to improve one that is already in existence. The full training course is aligned to SAQA Qualification 60209, Further Education and Training Certificate: Child and Youth Care Work. This course may be done 1 year full time, and 2 years part-time. Selected modules may also be completed according to the needs of the trainee group or community. The course consists of workshop-based work, as well as practical work in the field. Learner entry requirements is grade 11.
